Damian is one of the famous restaurateurs in the world as he owns a chain of restaurant that is known for its Italian servings.

Carrabba’s Italian Grill

This is an American based Italian-American restaurant chain which serves Italian-American cuisine as its primary dish. It is operated and owned by Blooming Brands and has it's headquartered in Tampa, Florida. By 24thDecember 2015 it was available in 247 locations.

The history of this chain of the restaurant says that it was founded by John Charles Carrabba III and his uncle Damian in 26thDecember 1968.As soon as they opened the first restaurant, the second was available in the next location. They were a huge hit in all over the United States and with passing the time they started expanding their restaurant business. In 1993 they decided to joint venture of their activities with Outback Steakhouse, which helped them to open more ten restaurants around the state of Florida.

They serve with a deliciousmenu, and their genre is casual dining based. Many of the dishes served there belonged from the recipes of Damien’s mother and sister. These spectacular recipes were also featured on the show Cucina Sicilia which was even hosted by John and damian mandola.

The dish that made this restaurant popular is Chicken Bryan, which got its name from the city of Bryan in Texas where the family stayed.

It is believed that when Damien talks about Texas he deliberately talks about cooking and food. And whenever he speaks about his family in Italy he loves to describe the native dishes and food. As he talks about food in whatever topic is thrown to him. He just loves them in every bit; he certainly loves talking, eating, and cooking foods.


This guy loved cooking since his childhood, his mother Grace Mandola taught him the primary Italian cooking styles and forms at a very young age. His mother was also known by the name Amazing Grace as she cooked some superb Italian dishes and even she helped her son to understand Italian flavors better as they explored Creole cuisines cooking. Damian’s love for local flavors and the ways he started combining them with dishes helped him to promote the idea of opening his cuisines restaurant named Damian’s.

As he ended up being a college graduate, he returned to Houston where he opened the dining version of his restaurant and called it Damian’s Cucina Italian. Damian as a chef is a versatile person with the vast knowledge about the right tastes and flavors need. He mainlyuses the finest ingredients to prepare seasonal menus of Italian classics. He is often referred to as a “born cook”.

His present situation

Everything was alright until some allegations were charged against this person as he was arrested twice in Driftwood for burglary as he broke into the Dutchman Family Winery which is situated next to his restaurant with the intention of stealing a bottle of wine. There was some conflict between the individuals, but it should not be a problem for Damian’s dish lovers as this person cooks with his heart on it.
